Enter the System Information screen, and select Raid Information
Check that the remote is set to the correct output, ie output 1 for DVI, output 2 for composite/component. For instructions on reprogramming the remote control please refer to p11 of the S3000 user guide
This could be related to an incorrect setting on the video output. Ensure that the DVI settings are set to a resolution supported by the screen, or if using output 2, that the TV settings are set to a supported resolution. This can be done via the web interface of the MS5000. Alternatively press the ‘menu’ button on your remote control twice, followed by 4 3 5 7, then 0. This will reset the Media Server to a default screen resolution – note this will only work if the unit has fully booted, i.e. wait until the flashing light on the front panel is a fixed green colour and has been for approximately 5 minutes.
