Imerge only collects personal and company information submitted voluntarily by visitors to the web site. There are several forms on the web site where users have the option of providing us with names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses and other information. There are also links where users of the web site can email us directly.
Collection of non personal information
Information about traffic and usage of our web site is logged by our ISP and by our site search engine. This includes IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, search terms used etc. This contains no personal information and is used for statistical and monitoring purposes.
Use of Collected Information
Personal information submitted via our web site is used for business purposes only. Information such as names and addresses are primarily used to contact those who have requested information and to send them tailored marketing mailings. Mailings are particularly sent to those who have opted in to our mailing lists via forms on the web site. All mailings include a method of unsubscribing. Mailing Opt-out Policy
Prism Sound allows users to opt out of receiving further communications from Prism Sound and further communications about Prism Sound services by replying to e-mail sent by Prism Sound and putting "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Alternatively, any user who wishes to opt out of receiving further email communications can fill in a simple unsubscribe form to request that their email address be removed from our mailing lists.

Search engine
The search engine on our website is hosted entirely on our server and no information is passed to other parties.
